Waiting on Wednesday: The Alchemists of Loom (Loom Saga #1) by Elise Kova

A Waiting on Wednesday on a Thursday, I know, but I forgot to post this yesterday, so I'm doing it today instead. Anyway, my WoW this week is The Alchemists of Loom by Elise Kova. I read her other series, Air Awakens, this summer, and I loved it so much, and I can't wait to get my hands on this one! I have such high expectations! Also, that cover is gorgeous! If you haven't read Air Awakens yet, you should, because it is such an amazing series!

Waiting on Wednesday: Lady Midnight (The Dark Artifices) by Cassandra Clare

I'm back! Sorry for the long leave, but now I'm back again.

Today, I picked Lady Midnight, the first book in the new series by Cassandra Clare. Now, I know a lot of people are upset because she's writing another series set in the same world, but I'm really looking forward to it. I'm really looking forward to reading about Emma and Julian. I liked them in City of Heavenly Fire, and I'm looking forward to getting to know them better.

Waiting on Wednesday: Oblivion (Lux #1.5) by Jennifer L. Armentrout

This week, my WoW is Oblivion, which will be a companion novel to Obsidian, Onyx and Opal in the digital version. The print one will only be Obsidian. I haven't finished the whole series yet, but I read the first three ones, and I loved, loved, loved them, so I am so excited for Oblivion. December 1st can't come soon enough!

Waiting on Wednesday: Forever with You (Wait For You #5) by J. Lynn

Waiting on Wednesday is where we share some of the books that we can't wait for to be released.

Forever with You
by J. Lynn

This week, I picked Forever with You, the fifth installation in J. Lynn's Wait for You series, which is to be released September 29th by Avon Books. I picked it because I loved the previous books, and I really look forward to read Stephanie and Nick's story (I predict it is going to be awesome). Give me this book already!

Summary: In the irresistibly sexy series from #1 New York Times bestselling author Jennifer L. Armentrout, two free spirits find their lives changed by a one-night stand…

Some things you just believe in, even if you've never experienced them. For Stephanie, that list includes love. It's out there. Somewhere. Eventually. Meanwhile she's got her job at the mixed martial arts training center and hot flings with gorgeous, temporary guys like Nick. Then a secret brings them closer, opening Steph's eyes to a future she never knew she wanted—until tragedy rips it away.

Nick's self-assured surface shields a past no one needs to know about. His mind-blowing connection with Steph changes all that. As fast as he's knocking down the walls that have kept him commitment-free, she's building them up again, determined to keep the hurt—and Nick—out. But he can't walk away. Not when she's the only one who's ever made him wish for forever ... (summary from Goodreads
)

So, are you as excited as I am for this book? If not, what books are you looking forward to reading? Tell me in the comment section!

Waiting on Wednesday: Winter (The Lunar Chronicles #4) by Marissa Meyer

Waiting on Wednesday is where bookworms share books on their TBR lists (which is, by the way, definitely overflowing, am I right?).

My pick for Waiting on Wednesday this week is...

Winter
by Marissa Meyer

Winter! The fourth and last book in The Lunar Chronicles, because I can't wait to find out what happens to everyone! Meyer had me caught at the first page of Cinder, the first book, and the others didn't disappoint me. I'm really excited to see what she does with Snow White.

So far, my favorite in the series was Cinder,  because, let's be honest here, that is a very hard debut to beat.

And let's not forget the cover. It's simple, yet beautiful. And am I the only one, or does that apple look like it's made of glass?

Summary:
Princess Winter is admired by the Lunar people for her grace and kindness, and despite the scars that mar her face, her beauty is said to be even more breathtaking than that of her stepmother, Queen Levana.

Winter despises her stepmother, and knows Levana won’t approve of her feelings for her childhood friend–the handsome palace guard, Jacin. But Winter isn’t as weak as Levana believes her to be and she’s been undermining her stepmother’s wishes for years. Together with the cyborg mechanic, Cinder, and her allies, Winter might even have the power to launch a revolution and win a war that’s been raging for far too long.

Can Cinder, Scarlet, Cress, and Winter defeat Levana and find their happily ever afters? (summary from Goodreads)

I really do hope they all get their happily ever afters!

So, what do you think? Do you look forward to Winter?
