Top 10: My most recent 5-star ratings

Here I will list the ten most recent books that I gave 5 stars, the most recent one being number one, and so on. With links to my review (if I have written one).

1. Lady Midnight (The Dark Artifices #1) by Cassandra Clare
A fast-paced new book set in the Shadow World. An emotional roller-coaster, with amazing characters, great writing, and a great plot. Full review
 
2. Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass #1) by Sarah J. Maas
An original, interesting book about Celeana Sardothien, the kingdom’s most feared assassin, with not one, but two perfect love interests and a captivating plot.
 
3. The Last Olympian (Percy Jackson and the Olympians #5) by Rick Riordan
The last book in the Percy Jackson series, a perfect ending to a perfect series.
4. The Dreamer (The Dreamland series #1) by E.J. Mellow
An original book about dreams, with a kick-ass heroine, an amazing, captivating plot, and the man of your dreams. Full Review

5. Breaking the Rules (Pushing the Limits #1.5) by Katie McGarry
We get more Echo and Noah! A great book filled to the brim with emotions. A summer you won’t forget!

6. Love in B Minor (Broken Dreams #3) by Elodie Nowodazkij
The story about a rock-star and a dancer, who become an unlikely, yet amazing couple. Full Review
 
7. Walk the Edge (Thunder Road #2) by Katie McGarry
This book will leave you speechless. It will make you cry, laugh, fangirl, and then cry some more. It is an amazing book about wonderful, relatable characters and cyberbullying. There is one perfect, swoon-worthy guy that will leave you fangirling throughout the book. Full Review

8. Playing Defense (Corrigan Falls Raiders #2) by Cate Cameron
A sweet, fun and light read with a relatable main character and a swoon-worthy hockey player. A cute, romantic contemporary book. Full Review

9. Angelfall (Penryn and the End of Days #1) by Susan Ee
A post-apocalyptic story about Penryn, who will do anything for her little sister, and her unlikely ally, the angel Raffe. Interesting characters, and an original and fast-paced plot. And there are angels (although a dark version)!

10. Winter (The Lunar Chronicles #4) by Marissa Meyer
An absolutely perfect ending to the series. A fairy tale retelling that takes place on the moon. Four perfect couples, a revolution, an evil queen. What more can you ask for? Oh, I know: a happily ever after. Full review
