The questions are: What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you'll read next?

Shelf Sequels: The Wicked King by Holly Black

Shelf Sequels is a weekly NovelKnight feature highlighting backlist titles from authors with upcoming releases. Want to join in? Share your post and drop a link in the comments!

So, this week I picked a sequel that was just recently published, but I haven't had a chance to read it yet. I read The Cruel Prince last year when it was released, and I absolutely loved it. I've been really busy this month and haven't had a chance to read The Wicked King, but it's on the top of my TBR pile!

P.S.: I haven't included the synopsis of the sequel to avoid spoilers, but I've linked it on Goodreads so you can check it out.

Miserable Mondays: The Raven King (The Raven Cycle #4) by Maggie Stiefvater

Welcome to Miserable Mondays, a tag hosted by Willa, @paper.seas over on Instagram. Since I suck at keeping up with tags over there, I thought I'd try and do it here instead. You can join in too through the tag #miserablebookmondays!

Miserable Mondays is all about sharing a book that made you cry. I seriously love this idea, because I very easily get emotional when I read (I'm a sensitive person, okay?), and this way, I get to talk about them. So without further ado, let's talk about my choice for the week, The Raven King by Maggie Stiefvater.

Waiting on Wednesday: A Court of Wings and Ruins (A Court of Thorns and Roses #3) by Sarah J. Maas

I haven't done any of these in ages, you guys, but I'm really happy and excited about this! I have a great quote to share with you today, from The Alchemists of Loom that I just recently (a few days ago) read and fell in love with. Elise Kova is such an amazing author, and TAOL didn't disappoint. I know it's not even a month into 2017, but I think it will be one of my favorite books of this year! Now, without further ado, let's check out my quote!
